I have been offered this, but have not been able to find a similar one to compare it to. The 'tuft' on the head looks like a NSDAP political eagle, but that is as far as I have got. Any help appreciated, thanks.

This is a breast eagle for a judge. It appears silver on a black backgound with the eagles head turned to his right.
