Greatcoat Reichluftaufsicht-dienst der Luftwaffe

Hello Kameraden

Here my new greatcoat of what i think is a reichluftaufsichtdienst uniform of a Oberleutenant. The insignia is a Second pattern.
The men that wore this coat were Air traffic controllers.

There is 1 collar tab missing . I think i will order it to complete the coat.

There is a 'LBA ' marking and the maker is Hybert & szyszka. What i think is Polish (?) made in 1940.

Would appreciate some second thoughts.

That's in very nice condition Kim, but the collar tab looks too dark to be air traffic control, it looks closer to Wehrmachtbeamte. Or is my eyes?

i am quite sure its air trafic control ... i have searched for info 4 days second patern insignia
we'll see what the PRO's have to say about it

Kim have a look here these match your coat, they have the same red and green schulterklappen, the air traffic controllers had light green and dark green on the schulterklappen i think!...

I think that's the one Kim, still a fantastic coat though!..
