Could be my Heer ones look green, but I'm not expert, almost looks like it could have a chance of being SS too.

If on black, it could be Panzer ? Triangular insignia was sewn
on the left side of overseas caps.........

It is NOT an Army eagle ! Why would it be an NSKK eagle when all NSKK eagles have a banner above with "NSKK" on it !? Or an NSKK eagle could have a spoke-wheel behind it. Don't any of you people have any reference books at all, not even the most basic rudimentary inexpensive books??!! It also does not resemble any SS eagle at all either. It IS an SA cap eagle,- the field cap eagle in silver-wire weave on a colored triangular backing,- the background color designates the SA Gruppe (locale). Worn on the upper left side of the cap.
