Recently bought a very attractive breast eagle at an attractive price . Can anyone comment on whether they think its Navy or possible Generals ? The green background is lighter than usual . the bullion wire embroidery is of high quality .

The little dots on the torso of the body are typical of a fake from the 70's which I have seen previously, though I can't remember the name of the company that sold them.
