Heer generals tunic and mantel !!

I just visited my great uncle who was HJ during the war. He has this tunic and mantel I took some images of. I'm wondering if this is an upgraded tunic? The collar looks like it was resewn on.On the mantel, black material has been applied over the grey, and it has been extended with green fabric . Also there are the silver shoulder boards in the pocket. The extra cap Adler was in the pocket too and went to a cap he also has which looks like it was altered..it has green under the red felt sewn on it. Some stains from the dagger hanger. Unfortunatly it's not named but can we tell who the general was by ID'ing the medals? Looks like he got an EK in WWI and got wounded. What are the other ribbons? Also there are loops for medals..maybe the loop size can help ID? I think the loops on the pocket are, top: spange to the EK1 and bottom: EK1. see the small size of the top one? although it could be for a party pin in gold? Thanks for opinions.

One shoulder board has come off the tunic.

The medal bar itself is a WWII British or Canadian type ( the second
ribbon being for the WWI U.S. 'Pershing' medal ) Someone has
added the EKII and Hindenberg Cross ribbons.

I suppose the original medals are long gone, and guessing that
the loops on the pocket were probably for a WWI Iron Cross
1st Class, with a 1939 Spange above it, as you mentioned.

Additional: I just noticed that the two German ribbons are not
correct at all because these are full size. They are usually
miniatures.........

Thanks Steve. Interesting, I feel the same about the ek1 and spange. I feel also the wounded badge is period to the uniform. My great uncle wants to sell it among other things TR.

I feel this is an upgraded piped Heer Officers tunic. The application of the Generals tabs is poor.
