My feelings is that this is a Janke copy.
The wool looks too good a quality for even a pre war tunic.
Lining is typical Janke colour
Breast eagle sewn through the lining.
A pic of the markings may confirm my thoughts.
Don't get too hung up on insignia awards etc. People add good items to bad to fool the unwary.

Those internal straps look quite new as well. years ago I saw a Jahnke with the same set up.
