Concerning the last photos posted....you're the one who can handle this Feldbluse, so have a closer look at stitchings...
I'm not saying it's been opened, but look at the photo below...the red oval shows hand sewing ?! the green arrows show a double row of stitchings....all along the lining as you can see on the other photos, there is only a single row of stitching.
I cant say more but perhaps you can as you own the item...

Thanks for the good eye Definitely it seems to be some kind of repair in this area right under the collar. IMO the thing that doesn't makes me worry is that the double stitching is about 4 cm. long which makes me think its a very small to open the lining for applying the eagle . Hopefully its a period correction. Also when I look at the front ,the whole seam its not interrupted all the way from bottom to the upper part. ( except the 4cm. repair ). Hope my guess is right.
