Re: Heer Standard Bearers Badge. Real or Fake?
I have never seen one that is bordered like this one, and I do not like the amount of detail. I also have never seen one that has this type of backing on it. The originals are a really a work of art, and I personally don't like this one.
That being said, don't make a decision based on my opinion as I am not an expert in these, just that I have been searching for a panzer one that I could afford for some time now.
Please wait for other opinions.

Re: Heer Standard Bearers Badge. Real or Fake?
I don't like it, as Ralph posted the edging is not some thing you see and the weave and the details both look weak.
Here is a good one. https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/heer-...calvery-30489/

Re: Heer Standard Bearers Badge. Real or Fake?
Thanks for your opinions lads. I did have an original Kriegsmarine one a couple of years back, that was of the same kind of construction, and not woven to a piece of cloth. But that didn't have any backing, and the detail was considerably better.
Cheers
