Heer Tunic - Real or Fake? - Help Needed!

Hello fellow collectors. Friend of mine has been offered this Heer Tunic,but I have my doubts about it`s authenticity. Please correct me if I`m wrong. I`ll be appreciate any comments and oppinions

Am on the verge of buying a combat tunic myself. I wish I could be of more help. The whole thing does look very 'new', but nothing about it screams 'fake' to me. I'm sure the right folks will be along to help you shortly.
