Why is the eagle on the opposite side, I thought it was authentic but I’ve tried doing some re-search but have failed to find any information on why it would be on the opposite side. All opinions are appreciated.

It appears to be on the correct side. Look at the swastika. Some of the images have been reversed.
Can't help with authenticating this piece, unfortunately. As I don't own any parade tunics myself.

Tunic is original. Not sure what is going on with the eagle. Some sort of photo issues ? The buttons should be on the right side of tunic...some how something is reversed

Agree. The image showing the entire tunic is left/right flipped. Not only is the eagle appearing on the wrong side, but the tunic is buttoned in the wrong direction. See in this photo of my tunic that the panel on the wearer's left buttons over the panel on the wearer's right.
Beyond the funky photo flippery, I don't see anything wrong with it.
