Help with collar tabs identification

Found these collar tabs for sale. Would love some help on identifying them. Instead of starting 2 threads I would just like to designate the top picture "tabs A" and the bottom picture "tabs B". Any help would be appreciated as these are very distant from anything else I've collected. Thank you.

You can look up Heer Waffenfarbe (Army branch of service color) for Litzen. Orange is police and blue is medical. NH
