HELP NEEDED - unknown uniform jacket

I've got an unknown jacket. Can anyone tell me more about this ?
I posted it here but I am not sure about country, age etc. I think it has some german influence but ......
It has stamps on the inside of the jacket on both sides of the pockets, but all unclear.
The ribbon of the medal is also unknown for me.

I'm thinking Scandinavia. Unreadable stamps are better than nothing.

I also thought it must be from scandinavia but I checked many pictures and can't find anything that comes near with this one.
Maybe it is some kind of 'volunteer' uniform.

Austrian; it's for the Kärntner Kreuz 2. Klasse [Carinthian Cross 2nd Class].

So the uniform can be from the periode between both world wars ?
