Info and value on naval cap

Recently received from a neighbor,,made of black wool with golden yellow eagle on blue green backing,kockard is also on blue backing,stamp inside reads... S ? chaperiel hope i spelled it correctly Parisirene Paris 57size??...... any info and value will be greatly appreciated....Dave H

Dont know the value, but i do like the Bordmutze, very clean example and nicely marked, although i would brush off the bits of fluff and accumulated hairs with a clean and soft bristle shoe brush to enhance its true colours and condition
