Hello there,

I was the seller of this beauty. I forgot to add that the protruding roundel around the swastika is a characteristic to look for in these breast eagles and several collectors believe this is actually a French produced eagle during the occupation. Glad it went to a good home! This eagle was definitely tunic removed and stored in a scrapbook after the war. There is remnants of glue on the reverse of where it was stuck to the page, though it was not me that removed it!
