This is a very nice embroidered gold on blue KM enlisted man's cap eagle. I have these in gold on tan, and blue on white. A nice variation of eagle.

It is as Steve says "--------in the eye of the beholder". This eagle is a well defined and superbly executed pattern done in multiple colors. It also has a matching breast eagle of the same pattern and colors.
