The story goes they got hold of some stocks origianally intended for the Italian Navy, much like the Italian camo material many of them wore. All down to the LAH being in Italy in mid 43 and the LAH providing the cadre for the HJ Div.

Some of the jackets can also be seen in German newsreel footage of the 12th SS in Normandy.

Hi Ade, i know, i rejected the deal, im already looking at another one.
But things are happening just as i predicted, the bad state of the portuguese economy, is making collectors sell a lot of items. Things are popping up for sale all over the country.
Two hours a go i received an email containing several tunics, jackets and field gear for sale.
