Kriegsmarine leathercoat?

Hello,

can somebody help me with this jacket? It has buttons for shoulder straps, pockets like some Kriegsmarine coats i've seen and also the golden navy-buttons. I know a lot of civilan jackets which have the same buttons, so I want to ask for your opinions.

I'll say it's civilian - tarted up to look like Kriegsmarine.

You could buy 8 original KM buttons for $5.00 each,
and sew them onto a $15 Thrift Store jacket, then
sell said jacket for $400, you'd have quite the
sham business.

I've got only this pics, and if it's Kriegsmarine for sure I will tell them so that they don't sell it for 20€. The inside is fixed with a zip, by the way.

For me it looks a bit like an private U-Boot coat, but I'm not an expert on this field.

The leather in the last photo looks Far too supple and modern for 70+ year old leather. In my opinion, this is simply a modern made replica. The 20€ asking price reflects this...

20€ are not lost, so I will buy it and post better pics. If it's a good one, I will tell the seller. The buttons are Kriegsmarine for sure, I hope even they are good.

If it's not original you still have a nice leather coat for 20E , which isn't much these days . I wish you luck .
