Hi Douglas,
They look like WW2 naval trade patches to me. The one with the crossed feathers is for a Schreibersmaat (Writer petty officer). The other relates to some kind of artillery or flak role. One rule of thumb I was told is that WW2 naval trade patches are oval, while post-war versions are circular.
Hope this is useful.
All the best,
Mark
Look OK to me too. If I remember correctly the cross bar on the anchor tends to bend downwards on the ends for Bundeswehr items. Jerry will be able to tell you for sure.
Tom
Look like good WWII KM examples to me and as Tom posted, the post war BM types have a different crossbar on the anchor.

Jerry
Whatever its just an opinion.
The patch on the left is coastal artillery NCO....Pete.

Thanks very much guys, im very pleased. Can you tell me if this shoulderboard is also wartime? I think it is as (as Tom points out) the Bundeswehr anchors are a different shape to this one.
Also a fine original Douglas. It has the mid to late war economy tress.

Jerry
