Sure looks like original peaked visor eagle I have one in later war zink similar prongs I think it is OK breast eagle green backed is that for Luft green para smock Luft ground troops ? it looks good to I haven't seen many original ones of them just blue backed. Looking at it again looks cammo backed those are for para smock. I like both. Cloth one is salty but I am no cloth man. timothy

Cloth one looks fine to me these camo eagles are quite hard to find

Yes, looks like its a camo smock Adler ...It looks like splintertarn camo, IMO .

How rare are these smock eagles?

Seems fair the camo is a quite hard bird to find and sometimes can be quite pricey

Yes original cammo backed ones can be expensive depending on who has them. Fellow collector VS dealer. Don't see a lot of the Cammo smock eagles, either blue backed and a harder one yet is just the green backed one for first model "Bone smock" all green smock such as used early on Crete, Eben Emanuel. timothy
