The last tab is a reserve officer of Flak denoted by the red background with the blue border.

That incomplete top set of tabs are not WW2. The are post war customs collar insignia.

No, you are not right, it's just looks like, but they are 3 Reich era made

I have an open mind, but I disagree with the set being WW2 era. I do not know everything, so I am always happy to be proven wrong... Can you show me a reference that can back up the theory that they are WW2 German?

If they are period made, I can tell you without a doubt that they are not affiliated with the Luftwaffe.
