Luftwaffe Arm Band, Original or Reproduction

Could anyone tell me anything about this arm band, The eagle is facing the wearers right? The fabric and threads are natural, I have tested them with a flame and a black light. The fabric has a slightly peach skin feel. Any help would be appreciated.
