so many styles were used by the pilots.
honestly - it is nearly possible to say as there were not any officially issued light weight leather jackets - there were heavy ones for cold weather - but the fighter types were invariably private purchase and occasionally captured American A-2's. Any motorcycle jacket of the era is plausible. This one looks like it has been relined, which is also a good cover for stitching in the shoulder boards. This one could be good, could be not OK, without any provenance these are not valuable for all the doubt they easily raise.
It does look the part - and certainly is old - definitely
been worn. Would need solid provenance.........

Hi, I was thinking that the shoulder boards and button look a lot newer than the worn jacket.
