I think these are un-issued/not used, but should`ve been used by an Leutnant at an Signals School. Obviously they are the sew on type.
Opinions on originality are as always appreciated!

The tabs would have been the standard Luftwaffe officer collar tabs for the rank of Leutnant.

Here is a photo of an officer fliegerbluse with the rank of Leutnant of flight, they would be the same
as these except the colour (Waffenfarbe) would match the shoulder boards you have. (for Signals)
