It has arrived this morning and its beautiful
I have it on display behind glass with my other luft items, toothbrush, M40 and china.
Now looking for a luft tunic to match with this rubborized coat

His rank is Oberleutnant as indicated by the single pip on the shoulder board. Here's a pretty good reference.

Of course a its stamped luftwaffe toothbrush.
It came from an original period package that had 180 of them.
Weitze was selling them per unit, and i had to had one.

Very interesting. I've seen Luftwaffe imprinted plates and cups and of course silverware before, never a tooth brush.
