Luftwaffe sport shirt insignia?

Here is a picture of a Wehrmacht Sport insigna being worn during down time. It is a close shot of a series of pictures I own of a group of soldiers. Notice the drill uniforms on other soldiers? This particular soldier wore this under his work clothing. Also notice the undershirt is dark and not the normal white shirt most are accustomed to seeing the insignia worn on.

I have a large one, and a small one - so they came in various sizes.
