LW Generals tunic insignia

Hi all, Bought a group of items to one General and would like to get thoughts on the insignia and label within the tunic.

Collar insignia looks bad to me, and the collar itself doesn't look like it should for a period made piece.

I am also uncomfortable with the breast eagle, tunic is certainly one that will always be contentious ...

The name on the label looks like its been done with a modern pen, certainly doesnt look period.
