Default M36 Inf. shoulder boards, original?

I came across these boards through a picker friend....he had no idea what they were, but saved them for me. I have mixed feelings about these.....I like the stitching of the two separate pieces of cloth on the underside of the straps and I like the button and cipher indents, but I'm still learning boards. The piping style is correct, but looks a little large???? Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thanks in advance! ........my UV light is broken......so I don't know if they glow, they do smell old, lol....

If they seem large they may be from a greatcoat??

The boards look the correct size for a tunic, the piping looks thicker/larger.

    Hello,
    IMO they look good...
EM/NCO shoulderstraps worn on the Feldbluse or greatcoat were the same.
When an EM/NCO shoulderstrap is larger than usual, generally it's because the unit number has three digits...
    Thanks

Thanks J, my concern was the size of the piping, it looks thicker, but could just be a variant. I liked the patch reverse, seeing stitching like that is usually a good sign of originality....still would like more opinions guys!
