They were standard on Army caps, enlisted and officer. Gold for navy.

There are no maker marks that I can find, thanks for the input! Oh any idea what kind of value these have?

These were also used on caps worn by members of NSKK Transport Todt and Speer. A nice original piece.

I guess I will just keep it as is, and in the riker mount with the others, no point in trying to find a hat I guess...
