    I agree with JPhilip. Modified M40. Get the vinkel and make it back to Gefreier. As said before any of the colored pipings would fit to the tunic

    Thx for your help gents, i must add that 20years ago i had no knowledge
    about tunics, there was no internet and i had no connections to other
    collectors. This buy was a lucky strike lets say. I could have bought also
    a complete fake tunic. And the price at this time

    If anyone has some used M36 pattern infanterie boards let me know
    i can trade with stone mint ones

    Better now ...

    Added M40 Steelhelmet, M36 Infanterie boards (mint ) Gefreitenwinkel and some fieldgear ... now its close to perfect

    Yes..pretty good Modified M40 indeed!....The shoulder board need to change in soldiers' rank!
