I can take more pictures if you guys want to see them...but could someone shed some light on the boards that have the 61 on them? I assume that these are East German?

Could you show a close up of the 61 numbered boards please? Not DDR/NVA to the best of my knowledge.

I have never seen this type of construction. They seem to be pretty crudely made. Very interesting... Odd, but I still think that they could be OK.

Red Waffenfarbe is for Artillery.

thank you for your help Adrian.I have a artillery luger and was in the market for some Artillery shoulder boards. to go with. thought it would be a nice addition. Will look on the forum for some orginal examples. the flea market season will be here soon. may have some luck there.Best regards David
