Nco or officers breast eagle
I am not not a collector of patches or insignia, helmet and such are my thing. I've had the breast tunic eagle for a long time and have not giving it much thought but I plan to thin out odd and end items and really need to know more about it. I know it is a Heers and off a tunic but that is about it. Thanks for the help.

Is it a nco or officers and it is a Heers insignia... Correct. I know it's crazy but My knowledge is limited on insignias and patch. Marty

Thank you very much. It is time to put on the learning cap concerning insignias. Again thanks.

Hello,
IMHO it is a very nice original Heer private purchase embroidered enlisted man's breast eagle. A little worse for wear but a nice example.

Are there a lot of differences between an NCO and officer eagle?

Hello,
There is no difference between an em or NCO eagle. Enlisted eagles were issue pieces in a BeVo weave for. Officer eagles are private purchase pieces usually executed out of bullion.
