I don't know Para very stuff very well, but it looks artificially aged to me.
The rust looks painted on and I wouldn't think the grey snaps would be period.

I will echo Chris comment here.. the rust looks painted on.. no rust on the button and rust all around it.. looks like a repro.

There is a similar model on "Luxmilitaria" however it's a "step in " jump smock. So the design is different & so is the material used. Listed at $22K USD

The material itself is nowhere close to an original, which is not one color of green, but when seen close-up, composed of multicolor strands including orange (meliert) a type of fabric also used by the police as well.
