It is hard to tell from the pictures provided. More detailed close ups would help a lot.

Steve is correct. We need closer pictures and of the production codes, breast eagle and shoulder boards. Sorry but this is a must.

It appears to be an original tunic but the insignia is all re-applied from what I can see here.

Ade is correct. The insignia have been added. The Breast eagle is sewn at an angle. Still it looks nice.
