    Hi every one,

Any body can help me for the ID of this officers tunic ?
It was purchased during the 80's from an antique shop in the island of Rhodes Greece.
In this island was stationed the "Sturm Division Rodos", during the ww2.
It looks like it was personally ordered to a tailor house of Munchen (see the firm photo).
The fabric is tropical denim and in a unusual way the lower pockets are placed internaly.
Perhaps is rare, but i would like to hear the oppinion of the experts..

    Thank you in advance.

    John

Sorry to say John but it is a post war put together with weird collar tabs and a horrible eagle.

Yeah. This looks like an early post war police tunic. West German. The defining killer is the random button hole on the upper epaulette. The collar cut looks good, but once again post war police. the insignia is horrible. Sorry to tell you this. I had one years ago. That's how I recognize it. I think you can still see the shadow of the sleeve shield on it.
