Opinion on bullion eagle.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone may be able to give me some assistance as to the authenticity of this eagle. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Based on my very limited experience with cloth, I'd say it's an authentic Heer breast eagle, but I don't think it's a bullion example.

It is a flat wire bullion eagle for the enlisted waffenfrock (dress tunic).

This is a pretty well worn 2nd pattern enlisted mans waffenrock breast eagle. These were mounted on a piece of felt in the shape of the eagle which is pretty well used. Sometimes you can find these on officer tunics.
