The Panzer looks OK as Fred posted, but the other eagles still look wrong IMHO.

Whatever its just an opinion.
The ss tunic removed is no good?
Dean, here are some close up photos, what do you think?
the swaz on the panzer looks poorly formed! I would pass on all of them..............
Hello,
Looking back at the panzer eagle I noticed the wings are 2 different lengths!!I also noticed that there are extra "V" from the chest in the wing area and that the body doesn't taper. I would pass on this one.

Steve.
and it has no feet and it looks to be constructed from thread without a twist, so I'll go back to my first opinion that all the eagles are bad.
All are sewn as uniform cut offs which is a common fakers trick to hide the reverse where the clearest signs of a fake can be found. Obviously cut offs do exist, but they should show signs of use and most of them should exhibit signs that they were cut off a uniform and not look like backing patches as these do.

Fred and Jerry, thank you for your 2nd looks at these! Fred I measured the wings and you are right the right wing is 2mm shorter! You have an eagle eye! I am going to pass on these in light of what I have learned from this thread. Thank you to all who replied!
Hello,
Steven AZ brought it back up!! I didn't notice the flaws until he said something and I took another look. I believe that this might be the newer generation of Rayon fakes that are out there. I loaned mine to a buddy to compare to some eagles he picked up. I think I have a picture some place.
Fred
Thanks for looking StevenAZ! Sorry I didn't I didn't acknowledge your comment in the last post! The swaz on the panzer has 2 sides that are slightly larger (top and bottom) than the left and right ones. The top inside corner is also not a sharp 90 degrees, it is a slight radius.
Saginaw,
Glad I could help....
Fred,
I just noticed the extra "v" .......dead give away
Jerry,
I have a original "bellbottom" ss flatwire bevo that is constructed with non twisted thread! I always assumed it was a fake because of that fact!
But it has been passed as good by the ss guys... Perhaps an early manufacturing method.. What are your thoughts in general?
