hi i Got theese trousers from a friend several years ago, as i am no expert in german ww2 breeches i would appreciate any info. All I can tell is that the fabric seems to be m36 or m40 type of color.

While correct in design and having original buttons etc, I feel these are Janke repros. They will have some ago to them.
What makes me think this:
The ink stamp font design
The rather raw edges to the fabric.
Cheers, Ade.

I think you could be right, they seem similar to pictures I have found of Jankes breeches, I wonder what a pair of repro trousers could be worth? Probably not much, but I have no use for them.
Any way thank you very much for your fast reply Ade.

Hello,
Ade is right, a repro....i couldn't say from which repros maker it is as i'm not specialized in repros, but fabric, lining, markings and at least two "little" features that will remain secret here today, all indicate a repro...
Thanks

Hi Thomas, glad you are not too disappointed.
They still have a value to a re-enactor. I would say around £40 here in the UK.
Cheers, Ade.
