The first one appears to be a relic. I don't mind about the missing prongs since i will display them in a frame.

I agree Chris, they are nice. I think it's ok they don't match, that means you can start collecting all variants and so far these are two for that collection!
Hi guys. Personally i am not into variants, makers etc
I just like the history connection to every item. I can have 50 pieces of the same award and i am ok if 10 were made by the same maker.
Especially when i have relics in my hand, i try to imagine how they got lost in the ground, what happened to the soldier who was wearing them and knowing that they were used during a historical battle it fascinates me.
