    I have never personally seen one in this material before.
    I would suggest that more and better, (more detail), photos would be required before I would fork out any money.

    As Ralph said the material isn't any type I have seen used with Panzer wraps. I own 2 and have had several more but none like this.

    Gabardine cloth rarely used for issue black wrappers . I had a jacket and a trousers made in this cloth ...
    Unusual markings but IMO original .
