Please can someone authenticate these 2 metal cap eagles

I think one is Heer and the other Luftwaffe, but have my doubts about the mounting tabs on the Luft one. Any opinions appreciated.

Thanks guys. I didn't like the lack of detail in the Heer, and the Luft just seemed to be smiling! (not to mention the weird mounting prongs and dodgy swastika). I'll pass on them.
