No; this is a complete fantasy piece. Even the term is wrong. The regular, uniformed military police service of the Heer - that is, the men that wore the orange branch color and police-pattern sleeve eagles that were incorporated into the design of this piece - was called "Feldgendarmerie".
The term "Feldpolizei" was only used for the "Geheime Feldpolizei", the "Secret Field Police" who utilized neither orange branch color nor Police Eagles.
These have been popping up for sale by several online militaria vendors who honestly list them as reproductions. But they appear convincing enough to a new collector I bet...
