These are shoulder boards from the Heer (Army). Rank is Unterfeldwebel, the higher of the two JNCO ranks. The white branch color in combination with the "19" cyphers identifies Infanterieregiment 19 .

If you compare their construction with other ones, you should see the difference. Check the back straps.

You received some great information here. All of you luft pieces appear to be nice originals and J-P was correct that your Heer boards are a private purchase pair and not issue. Those look nice too.
