Just different manufacturing styles.

"Bevo" machine woven badges were cheaper to produce.

The type I showed from my collection was the type that actually saw the most use.

No, not rare as these tend to be from unissued stock. The one you show has been cut down. But I would say it was never issued.

The one I showed from my collection is the rarer type to find.

Thanks Ade, sellers like to use the rare term, just to add some value to the item and to the price, then the 105 Euros concerns me, suspect this is over priced?
