2300$??? Yes,the cufftittle is rare but that price is to high!
Only the officer without the cufftitle range in the 900$ area.

Maybe the seller is hiding something. For someone to be able to examine if the litzen are originally sewn to the tunic or if they have been replaced at some point, he needs nice, clear close up pics of the back. He only shows photos of the obverse of the tabs.
The tunic is very rare considering that this branch was instituted in 1943 and also the cufftitle is an expensive one but it's a lot of money to risk dealing with an "unknown" dealer.
