Take a picture of the boards in natural light so we can see how glossy they really are. No flash!

the collar tabs look ok.but the shoulder ones look to bright to me.

There's noway to confirm this without better pictures being provided. It could easily, and probably is, be an effect caused by the flash and distance from the piece. Bad pictures make good items bad all the time.

Yes this photo is much better. They look ok to me. Can you post a photo of the reverse?
