Here is what you have:
Spanish 'Blue Division' Medal on an ( incorrect ) Eastern Front ribbon,
'pip' with chevron is most likely a Kriegsmarine rating (?),
HJ ( Hitler Youth ) shoulder tab,
HJ marksmanship/shooting award,
and a U.S. 80th Infantry Divison shoulder patch.
