    It is indeed a shoulder board, but the badges are not meant to be on there. The first is a WHW police tinnie and the other a DAF membership pin by the look of it.
    Shoulder board is for Pioneers, if waffenfarbe is black.

    Thanks for the back photo , nice slip on . Did the DAF ever use such a strap ,the cog wheel looks like it could belong .
