I believe this to be fake. The white stitching on the eagles neck should be in chain stitch and this is not. Also the definition on the oakleaves is poor compared to pictures i've seen of originals. I'm by no means an authority on these though, but i'd still leave it. Hope someone else chimes in who knows more in time for you!
