Sonderführer tunic - orginal?

Hi. I need some opinions about this one tunic:
Is it original?
Is all insginia originally stitched?

I cannot make an authoritative comment on the item's authenticity (although I see nothing wrong with it), but allow me to remark that it is not for a Sonderführer, but for the army officials' equivalent to it: a Beamter auf Kriegsdauer.

Rank is equivalent to Leutnant.

The possible rank designations are Kriegsverwaltungsinspektor (under 25 years or 6 months of service), Feldjustizinspektor (ditto) or Kriegstechniker if this was an official of the gehobener Dienst [elevated career group] and Kriegssekretär, Kriegswaffenmeister, Kriegswallmeister or Kriegslithograph if he was an official of the mittlerer Dienst [mid-level career group].
