The system does not allow more than one postage price to be listed, I know and the same if selling more than 1 item, only one price can be listed. A pain, but that is the way it works.

Back to the eagle, an odd example and a new one to me?

    Default Luftwaffe Tropical Eagle patch

Tropical eagle add on the forum.Tropical eagle add on the forum.

Hello! New member here; first post.

This patch was just acquired from a friend in a batch of similar items (all will be shown on this forum soon).

    I had ID'd it as Luftwaffe...and that's all I think I know.

I am amazed to see that it is a somewhat unknown example, and stunned at the apparent value.

This one isn't (yet) for sale; it appears to be unused, and I fear it may be a reproduction.

Any and all opinions and comments welcome, and Thanks! wlw

I believe that both of these patches are reproductions and not authentic. The reverse weave is a trait of California King patches.

It looks like the repros they sold in the 70s. The very thin swastika makes me suspicious. The one in the earlier link looked great. NH

The 2nd one posted is a copy, still not sure on the one in the advert, it looks well formed, just very odd.
